After a few reading and testing, I found out that setting up my Dolphin Browser Agent to iPad make Google Search faster. Have a try!
Cons: The UI might be not well formatted on your phone... :)

ICS Home screen How to make it faster
I always feel like my home screen seems like slow response. Now I know how to make it faster.
How to do it? Go to Menu Settings > Developer Options. Default value, Animation Scale is 1x. I like 0.5x scale. Just nice for me.
