Problem with ASPX publish? Older Version? Fail to load http://localhost/appname

What you should do is.

You need to have this in order to run older version of ASPX application. Compile using older version of .NET framework.

 What you need to do is, run Uninstall Program. Select add or remove features

Check these boxes out.... Then you will have the Classic Application Pool option for your older version ASPX.

You will have these Classic Application Pool.

DONE. Now you could publish your app and run it as http://localhost/appname
